Oh hey I’ve got one of those.
They’re a neat machine. Basically they’re somewhere around the original IBM PC, but with the PCjr sound/graphics enhancements, all packaged in a wedge-PC for way cheaper. Another nice thing is that they’ve got DOS in ROM, so they don’t need to boot off a floppy, making them way faster to start up.
They were a pretty good entry-point PC clone back in the late 80s. I prefer the earlier 1000 SX for nostalgia reasons, but they’re basically the same thing.
