Out of curiosity, how many animatronic enjoyers actually find animatronics scary?
I find them scary, and that is the appeal.
They’re only scary if they’re withered/inactive/in the dark.
They’re only scary if they are notably large (like Excalibur or the Sea Serpent)

Some are scary due to poor design choice, but the friendlier looking ones are ok
I’m not scared of any animatronics regardless of circumstance.
